My training for the week was a bust as far as running goes. I ran a whopping 4.1 miles. Overall it was a good week though, with a family bike ride Monday, two awesome cross training workouts (100 burpees on Tuesday and my first CrossFit workout on Friday), and an hour of yoga Saturday morning!! Next week is a clean slate and I still have 9 weeks until my marathon. One off week wont hurt.
